Community in any coworking space is a subset of all the employees of startups, corporates, venture capital firms and freelancers. But managing a space where startups, corporates, venture capital firms and freelancers exist is a challenging task.

Do you think a community can be managed? You can never manage a community. So, what does it takes to become a successful community manager. Here, I list down 10 tips so you can become a star in the Coworking space:

  1. Space: Give community members some space. By space, I mean if they are taking extra 10 mins to leave a meeting room, give community members those extra 10 mins. They carry notebooks, laptops, bags and some much data in their terabyte of mind. 
  2. Communicate: Move around, excuse coworking members and ask how are they feeling today? Ask if everything is okay in the office or as a community manager you can improve their experience.

Each and every community member who work from your coworking space is your brand ambassador. As a community manager you can never manage a community, you can only give your coworking members an experience.
