- Communicate: Move around, excuse coworking members and ask how are they feeling today? Ask if everything is okay in the office or as a community manager you can improve their experience.
Each and every community member who work from your coworking space is your brand ambassador. As a community manager you can never manage a community, you can only give your coworking members an experience.
