'Return to Office': The value of Traditional Offices

Mass Vaccination, falling Covid-19 cases, and relaxation of Covid-19 induced lockdown is fostering the gradual re-opening of the economy. This is also an indication that companies are grappling and contemplating asking employees to return to office. Thus a manifestation of a radical toggle of the work culture that employees have tasted over 15 months.
Our research showcases that 51% of the workers if vaccinated twice are willing to come back to offices. While bosses are working on the safe return to the workplace, it is important that the Human Resource department shall work together with Facility Managers to design and execute the tool kit required for a safe office return of employees.

This will be an overt debate on the inconvenience and the fear of catching infection, but if the benefits are clearly infected and employees are taken into consideration then employees will safely return to office.
