Restructuring Post Pandemic Workplace: The value of Traditional Offices by INCUBSENCE

Mass Vaccination, falling Covid-19 cases, and relaxation of Covid-19 induced lockdown is assisting in the gradual re-opening of the economy. Thus companies are finding ways to ask employees to return to the office. A radical change of the work culture that employees experienced over 15 months.  

In our research we found that 51% of the workers who are willing to come back to office are vaccinated twice. Of Course employees are afraid to come back to the office explaining your "Why", that "Why" they should come back and "HOW", "HOW" the company is the trickster in the safe back to office.

This will be an overt debate on the inconvenience and the fear of catching infection, but if the benefits are clearly infected and employees are taken into consideration then employees will safely return to office.
