Intelligently Connected Facility Management

Back of the House or you can say आत्मा of any luxury building aka your Facility Services have never been made intelligent and being treated as “not so priority” when it comes to making luxury buildings intelligent.

Can you really make buildings intelligent without making Facility Management intelligent? Well, the answer is straight forward no. We have to make the Facility Management intelligent to make luxury buildings intelligent. If the back of the house is not intelligent, how can you make your luxurious buildings intelligent? Language of luxury real estate is on mute unless the Facility Management technology is not speaking the language of the luxury building.

Your visitors, vendors and employees, all of them by the way are visitors, always interact with tools and technologies at the luxury buildings but if these technology tools are not designed to interact for a luxury experience and if they don’t interact with the visitors in a way your luxury buildings interact with the visitors then trust me my dear reader, visitors won’t have the luxury experience that you want it to give.

That’s why we need to create Intelligent Luxury Buildings and that won’t be possible without an intelligent Facility Management.

But the question that you should be asking after reading this is how can we make Facility Management intelligent? Well the first thing first, let us e-do the checklist and achieve a “net zero” paper checklist, that would help in achieving sustainable solutions and help reduce the carbon footprint that in turn will lessen the environmental impact of deforestation.

Immediately after, we have connect e-checklist (s) together with:

  • The Parking Management

  • Visitor Management

  • Human Resource Management

  • Turnstile & Elevators

  • All Checklists

  • All Sensors

  • Washroom Intelligence

  • Site Procurement

Making sure all the dots (systems) talk to each other and give a real world insight into the facility management but of course the interaction of users must give a luxury experience so that technology speaks the language of luxury.
