Can you really make buildings intelligent without making Facility Management intelligent? Well, the answer is straight forward no. We have to make the Facility Management intelligent to make luxury buildings intelligent. If the back of the house is not intelligent, how can you make your luxurious buildings intelligent? Language of luxury real estate is on mute unless the Facility Management technology is not speaking the language of the luxury building.
Your visitors, vendors and employees, all of them by the way are visitors, always interact with tools and technologies at the luxury buildings but if these technology tools are not designed to interact for a luxury experience and if they don’t interact with the visitors in a way your luxury buildings interact with the visitors then trust me my dear reader, visitors won’t have the luxury experience that you want it to give.
