Digital Facility Management

Facility Management is all alone and by itself and no touch points are really communicating with each other. The Parking Management system is not talking to the Visitor Management System, the Visitor Management System is not talking to the Turnstile, the Turnstile is not talking to Elevators, and no one of them is talking to some 30+ standalone checklist and in the case of Multi-tenancy luxury buildings, all of them are not talking to the tenants.

We have to connect all the touch points and for that to really happen integrated Facility Management needs to be reshaped into a Connected Facility Management.

Even though Integrated Facility Management has worked in the favour of the client a bit but technology was largely ignored and that basically led to a poor client experience and wastage of a lot of resources along with a lot of operational expenditures of many items that would have been reduced if technology could help in taking right decision at the right time to boost decision making and improve the over all client experience.

we have to eliminate Integrated Facility Management and vote for Connected Facility Management where in:

  • The Parking Management

  • Visitor Management

  • Human Resource Management

  • Turnstile & Elevators

  • All Checklists

  • All Sensors

  • Washroom Intelligence

  • Site Procurement

And all the touch points should speak with each other to foster the accurate decision making that helps the client flourish and prosper.
